Jack Moss is the new ISS teacher here at St. Charles High. He is a returning Graduate to the School, in fact a fourth generation graduate.
“I had an older brother and a younger brother, that both went here. My mom actually graduated from St. Charles High. My grandmother graduated from St. Charles High. My Great-Grandmother graduated from St. Charles High, and I have countless cousins and other family members,” Moss said.
Moss had always wanted to become a teacher, and when he saw that there was an available spot here in St. Charles High, he took the opportunity.
“I was teaching down in St. Louis Public schools last year, and I saw this position come open, and with it being so much closer to home, and being able to return to my old high school, I thought that this is where I needed to be,” Moss said.
He also had a previous position at the School, serving as a coach for part of the football team, which means he’s had a presence at St. Charles High.
“I am the defensive lines and special teams coach, and I was already doing that before I got the ISS job, so that was part of the reason why I decided to take the position,” Moss said.
