Choosing where to go for college is a difficult thing for most people. Some may decide to move out of state, while others may stay close to home. Senior Sarah Bathe, however, has decided to move out of Missouri and will be attending Arizona State University.

““I’m nervous to be so far away from home.” Bathe said, “It’s a 20 hour drive and a three and a half hour flight.”

Bathe will be a member of Arizona State University’s diving team.

“The coach reached out to me. When I was there I could tell the team was super close,” Bathe said. “It just felt like home.”

Arizona State is one of the top honors colleges’ in the country. Bathe said between the five college trips she went on, ASU was her top choice going in.

“It will be scary,” Bathe said, “but I’m excited to see what it has to offer.”
