Volleyball is not all about hitting the ball, but it is also about teamwork.
“The team itself has become more of a team,” said sophomore Anna Russ.
The JV volleyball team has only won one game, against Whitfield. But once they realized they play better as a team than as individuals, they started to play together.
“We got out of our heads and played together as a team,” said Russ.
When they won the game against Whitfield on Sept. 10, they later went on to play Holt with a better mind set.
