In February SCHS’s crochet and knitting club will be making sweaters for penguins and babies in need.
Sponsor Kayla Gilmore describes crochet and knitting club as a “club where students can work on their own projects or learn how to knit and crochet.”
Knitting and crochet is open to everyone who wants to join.
“February is heart month and there is a program that will do knitting for preemies,” Gilmore said.
